This strategic expansion will strengthen the company’s presence within North America, and provide new and existing clients increased software support and services. Discussing MICROMINE’s expansion, North America Operations Manager, Colin Smith, explains “In addition to providing MICROMINE’s entire suite of software solutions from a central location, the Denver office will focus on the implementation and support of MICROMINE’s mine control and management reporting system, Pitram, in the USA”.

“Pitram gives you the tools you need to make informed production and safety decisions, and run shifts more effectively”.

“Comprised of intuitive asset, personnel and material tracking; safety; grade and stockpile management; real-time viewing; planning and optimisation; and reporting and analytics capabilities, Pitram offers mining operations of all sizes a scalable and flexible solution for maximising profitability and driving continuous improvement”.

Smith concludes that “Pitram has been successfully implemented within mining operations throughout North America.
